Driving Directions

Sunrise Park Resort is just a four-hour drive from Phoenix with two different routes of similar drive times. We are also located under four hours from Tucson or Albuquerque, NM.

From Phoenix via Payson – Leave the Valley via US 87 North towards Payson; in Payson turn right (East) on US 260 towards Show Low; upon arriving to Show Low, turn left to stay on US260, then right in downtown Show Low to stay on US 260 towards Pinetop-Lakeside; Remain on US 260 past Pinetop about 40 minutes until you see the Sunrise Park Resort billboard at HWY 273, turn right and follow the signs to the base of the mountain.

From Phoenix via Globe – Leave the Valley via US 60 to Globe; in Globe turn left (North) to stay on US 60/AZ 77 towards Show Low; upon arriving in Show Low, turn right on HWY 260 in downtown Show Low and stay on US 260 towards Pinetop-Lakeside; Remain on US 260 past Pinetop about 40 minutes until you see the Sunrise Park Resort billboard at HWY 273, turn right and follow the signs to the base of the mountain.

Leave Tucson on AZ 77 North towards Globe; Once in Globe, turn right to remain on AZ 77/US 60 towards Show Low; upon arriving in Show Low, turn right on HWY 260 in downtown Show Low and stay on US 260 towards Pinetop-Lakeside; Remain on US 260 past Pinetop about 40 minutes until you see the Sunrise Park Resort billboard at HWY 273, turn right and follow the signs to the base of the mountain.

Leave Albuquerque on Interstate 40 West; exit on south NM 117 (exit 89) and turn left towards Quemado; remain on NM 117 for 57 miles and turn left on NM 36 South; remain on NM 36 for 21 miles then turn right on US 60 West towards Arizona; in Springerville turn left on South Mountain Ave (N Main St.), then right on US 260 West towards Pinetop-Lakeside; Remain on US 260 West about 20 minutes until you see the Sunrise Park Resort billboard at HWY 273, turn left and follow the signs to the base of the mountain.
