Day Lodge Grill Cook is responsible for executing food service for the Pub menu.  The Grill Cook will prepare, cook, plate or package (for To-Go orders) for the Pub.

Qualifications: High School/GED, 2yr. Cook/Grill Experience, Food Handlers Card

Compensation: $16/hr. – $19/hr. DOE

• Prepares, cooks, plates, presents and/or packages To-Go food orders for the Day Lodge Pub guests off the Pub Menu.
• Assist with set up and break down of kitchen service areas.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and cleaning.
• Assist with stocking and cleaning related work areas including kitchen, service, beverage, and storage areas.

• Prep cooks

• Must be available during your scheduled shift to help other departments during peak demand hours or in instances of staff shortages in other departments.

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Two years’ experience as a Grill Cook or Lead Cook
• Food Handlers Card
