Director of Sales & Marketing will oversee sales & marketing for the entire Sunrise Park Resort Complex (Mountain Resort, Recreation, General Store and Sunrise Park Lodge). This is an excellent role to bring in your own ideas, entrepreneurial mindset and passion.

Lead and mentor marketing, sales and events coordinators.
Ensure high standards of performance across all operations through managing, coaching, and annually reviewing performance of team members.
Experienced Director of Sales & Marketing or Senior Director of Sales in resort environment with a bachelor’s degree and/or combination of experience.
Experience in (mountain) resorts would be of advantage
Strong leadership skills that motivate the marketing and sales team and other team members to perform beyond expectation
Strong analytical skills to understand and respond to key performance indicators and competitive trends
