COVID-19 Safety Guidelines

We are excited for another great season at Sunrise Park Resort! We remain committed to offering you a great experience while also maintaining the safety of our guests and staff. Please review our latest COVID-19 guidelines below to ensure your understanding of our latest safety procedures.

Updated November 14, 2021

Inherent Risk: Even with enhanced safety procedures and policies, exposure to COVID-19 is an inherent risk in any public location where people are present. Although we cannot guarantee you will not be exposed during your visit, we are working to limit risk as described below.

WEAR FACE COVERINGS INDOORS: All Sunrise Park Resort guests and employees will be required to wear a face covering while indoors on Sunrise Park Resort premises. This requirement remains in place due to White Mountain Apache Tribe EOC requirements until further notice.

MAINTAIN SOCIAL DISTANCING: Unvaccinated guests are requested to maintain 6 ft physical distance from other guests at all times in the resort. Guests will be requested to refrain from congregating in large groups.

FOOD & BEVERAGE: The Day Lodge at Sunrise Base, Eagle’s Nest, Midway Café, Apache Peak Lodge, Cyclone Lodge, and Crown Dancer Café will all be open throughout the winter season with limited indoor seating, outdoor seating, and “Grab-n-Go” food services. We require that visitors wear a mask at all times while indoors.

STAY HOME IF UNWELL: Please stay home if you are sick or are considered high risk. Do not visit the resort.

RESPECT THE RULES: You may respectfully be asked to leave the resort if you do not follow indoor mask and hygiene guidelines.
